~ Accomodations ~
Our quaint 5 room Inn has parking in front of your room door, all ground-level accessibility. We strongly recommend making your reservations early at the Harney Peak Inn. All rooms accommodate two guests per room, with some adjoining rooms available. All units have private bath with shower/tub, individual A/C and heating unit, ceiling fan, refrigerator, hair dryer, flat screen television, clothes closet, and free Wi-Fi.
A light continental breakfast is included in room rates from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Room rates are based upon double occupancy and vary by season. Minimum stay requirements may apply during holidays and special events.
Enjoy a cold beverage at our private patio bar (the Sorry Ass Losers Club), meet your neighbor and share your days excitement. Ask us about hosting your special event at Harney Peak Inn by reserving the entire place! That means all 5 room (total of 10 people), have beverages at our private bar; the S.A.L.C., have access to our commercial outdoor grill, and enjoy the patio areas. All rooms are non-smoking and smoking on the property is restricted to designated area only. There are NO pets allowed.
~ Checking in & Checking out ~
Check in time: 3:00 p.m., an email will be sent to you when your room is ready for your arrival. You are welcome to enter your room before the designated check in time if it is ready for you. You will enter with the last 4 digits of the phone number you registered with.
Check out time: 9:30 a.m., this is to insure we have the rooms ready for the next Harney Peak Inn guests. Thank you for helping with this, this way we can all get out and enjoy all that the beautiful Black Hills has to offer.
~ Cancellation Policy ~
A minimum deposit of one night’s lodging or 50% of a longer stay will be billed to your credit card to guarantee your room(s) at the time of your reservation. We accept Visa/MC/American Express/Discover.
Your confirmation will be sent via email for your reservation.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount. There is a $25.00 credit card cancellation fee that is applied to all cancellations.
~ Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Policies ~
Minimum stay is required during our scheduled Rally dates. Reservation deposits during Sturgis Motorcycle Rally are non-refundable and all reservations must be prepaid in full. Please call for more details.
